The cyclists did fantastically, completing the 100 mile ride from London-Surrey road and passing through Pyrford village, a legacy to the Olympic road races in 2012.
We held a ‘Mad cow’ stall focusing on health care for teeth and toes. Sally Hodgkins represented Parkview Podiatry and encouraged the young and older to get their toes flexing with the footy dip challenge. We also tested visitors on their knowledge in a short quiz and got people guessing the sugar content of various drinks, with quite surprising result!
The event was a success, lots of fun races took place, there was Large outdoor TV screen for the race, Large Inflatables, BBQ, Hog Roast, Beer and Pimms Tent, Pyrford Games, Live Music, Bike Feature, Teas & Cakes. A great day all in all.
